Ebay won't listen!??

Hello anybody out there,, I have been on to eBay it must be over 20 times, they have my funds £205.00 we could really do with the money as a family!! There seems to be a technical glitch, I have done as they have asked verified the 2 accounts, my bank and eBay. The information said verified on my phone every time I did it!! eBay agents have fobbed me off every time giving me a link which basically has me chasing my tail! It is highly distressing!! We need the money as a family. So our funds in the meantime are just sitting there accruing eBay interest!? Why is nobody helping? The excuse they come back with as they can't see their end that the account has been verified is I have to prove my identity. I do not carry any of the documents they ask for! The accounts were verified!! In the meantime we are left out of pocket for the things I sold. MY THINGS!! they have my bank card details as well. That alone does actually work as a 2 way payout and is identification. eBay please put an end to this , it appears to be a technical issue. Can anyone help??

When you meet the requirements set by ebay, money is released within 24 hours. Read this link.

MentorAug 16, 2026 at 1:41 PMAs a new seller your payment may be held for up to 30 days though. If this is for the Adidas sold on 22nd July then it may not be due for payout yet.

OPAug 16, 2026 at 5:21 PMActually it's 2 items of ours which were sold. Accruing to £205.00 and I have done everything required of me. eBay have done this in the past, stalling payouts. We just have to put food on the table. The message doesn't seem to be getting through. We would like our money? It is highly distressing.
