Ebay wont help.
The seller sent me wrongly sized boots. The label inside shows different description to listing, so boots are much too big and cant be worn. I requested a return which she refused and cancelled. When I try to ask Ebay to help, I am simply told return was cancelled. There seems to be no way round this.

Mentor1 month agoIf you used "Doesn't fit" as your reason for return eBay consider that to be "change of mind" which sellers can refuse. If the item was wrong you should have used "Not as described".
You can't open another case but contact your payment provider and see if they can help. Or resell it yourself with correct measurements in the description.

OP1 month agoThank you. I would say this is useful for the future, but this has put me off using Ebay to be honest. I had no idea that a dishonesr seller could cancel my return request .
