Ok so my eBay user ID has a different name to my proof of identity because an account with my name already exists no they want me to verify the account they won’t accept eother my passport or driving licence because the names don’t match they owe me money and won’t pay until this is rectified the ai contact is shite how do I contact eBay directly to deal with this because there gonna start racking up massive interest and late payment fees
