Ebay warranty
Take care ebay now it's look Facebook market place just scammer and ebay don't do nothing... I bought a digger i 30 of October never arrived and ebay don't do nothing they already sayed gona give my money

Mentor10 months agoBe aware that jf you have opened a case with ebay and they say they will refund, opening a case with paypal and ebay case will be closed.
This gets complicated by the fact that any paypal protection only applies up to 30 days, same as ebay, so you cannot wait until the last minute for ebay to pay up.
I see the purchase was made in October do your 30 days are up, do you have a written message from ebay promising a refund?

OP10 months agodepartment. I claim after 3 days to ebay I didn't received item and
probably its a scam, and looks they block seller.

This is very odd, as clearly that won't happen.
As said, keep on to your payment provider for refund, point out to them it included delivery, which seller clearly can't prove they have delivered to you.

report some of them but they say all is normal i don't know what is going
on.

If so, £70.45 was added for Buyer Protection.
What happened when you opened an eBay item not received claim?

its to much money and take time to give it back but 4 weeks its a bit to

Mentor10 months agoI believe that what you purchased, a Mini Excavator, is not covered by eBay buyer protection, but as you seem to have paid by PayPal you could try them, but again I don't think you are covered.
Try your payment provider for a refund.

This is strange. The digger was correctly listed in the "construction tools/excavators" category, which as you say is not covered by eBay's money back guarantee. And the listing itself does not contain any link to the money back guarantee. Yet the listing still states "£3,259.00, incl. £70.45 forbuyer protection."
The same applies to other mini excavators for sale by private (?) sellers. Evidently a mistake by eBay: an entirely false claim in the description, and seriously misleading to the buyer.
eBay would probably say that it was up to the buyer to read their buyer protection policy. But it was up to their own staff to do the same! Due to their mistake the buyer has been charged and paid for buyer protection, so eBay should honour it.
Perhaps eBay will - is this what danfon6 meant by "they already sayed gona give my money".
It's hard to offer suggestions without knowing exactly what actions have been taken.
