eBay wants money from me
I sold a pair of used Christian Louboutin shoes (£600 new) put them in an auction buyer only paid £70 fair enough but they wanted to return them and get a refund (also fair enough) except they damaged one of the shoes, ripping off a large stud that was part of the design then returning them to me. I have lots of photos of the condition they were in, eBay refunded the buyer and the shoes were returned that's when I discovered they were not in the same condition I sold them in, now eBay want me to refund them! I don't think the buyer should get away with this?

Mentor7 months agoIf the case was escalated as you say eBay paid the buyer, then you can appeal that decision, link below explains the process.
