Ebay Unable to Retrieve/Find My Purchase

Question

No tracking info available so wanted to contact seller for update. As eBay cannot find the item on their system (although they show picture and expected delivery dates on same page) I am unable to do so. Have I got to to wait until after the last expected date for delivery and hope for the best?

Guest purchase perhaps ? --- will not be seen in your eBay summary --- use the Order Confirmation email you received to see if you can trace it using this link ---within 30 days case options will be there if needed >

If you bought as a guest all details will be in email from ebay. The seller will not know you as stehin4313.

You have to wait 1 day after estimated delivery date before you can open ebay case. If item is not in your purchase history, you probably bought as a guest.
