EBAY UK PURCHASE

Hi all

Have purchased item from Ebay UK through PayPal. The item does not appear in my purchase history nor hidden items. My bank account has been debited.

I have now received Ebay email saying item delivered but when trying to open email it says there is a problem. The item has not arrived.

What to do

Did you buy while not logged into your account, i.e as a guest, and paid by PayPal?

If so look up 'buying as a guest' in the ebay help pages.

Hi Thanks for your advice.
After more hunting turns out item delivered to old address - will now sort that out
