eBay thieves

Question

The thieves at eBay have collected the postage charge from me £5.15. I never used the generated postage label they provided, I posted it myself at a cost of £4.45. The buyer has received the order, I have EVIDENCE and PROOF it was delivered. Where is my money? Not only the price of the order, but the extra £5.15 you have stolen from me? Organised crime and depriving people of their money, is a criminal offence in the U.K

If it was RAF autographs, you listed as freepost, so use the money that buyer paid to buy postage. As you didn't buy it through ebay, you have to wait 14 days for payment.

This really isn't organised crime or a criminal offence.

If you don't use the label that eBay provide then there isn't a way of adding your own tracking number to the order to prove that the buyer has received their order, so eBay will hold your payment for 14 days.

If you don't use the Simple Delivery label provided, you or your buyer will be refunded for it, depending on who paid for postage.

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form (link below) for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

To process your refund, we'll verify the following:

The label was paid for by you (you offered free shipping to the buyer).
The refund request is created within 14 days from the item's sale.

You need to cancel the label within I think 14 days to get a refund.
