EBay taking money for postage labels not authorised
EBay keeps taking money automatically from my account even though I have not authorised the withdrawal. I use my own shipping company and they still are taking my money each time what do I do

Mentor10 months agoIt's because your items are listed with 'Simple Delivery seller pays'.
That means they show as free delivery for the buyer but you automatically pay ebay for the delivery label chosen by the buyer and should be using that one.
You should not be arranging your own delivery.
If you had an ebay business account account you would not use Simple delivery.
