EBay system issue / customer service contact.
I’ve sold an item but sent the package special delivery at the buyers request. I cannot update the tracking as EBay wants me to use their print option. Can I contact eBay to resolve as my package is not able to be shown as sent as I’ve not printed / accepted their postage. I’m running into a doom loop which close and back to the start over and over (and over) again. Help appreciated.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you don't use the Simple Delivery label it's not possible to add your own tracking number. You can let your buyer know what the tracking number is and, if required in the future, you can add it to an item not received claim.
