eBay Support Chat Not Working
Hi! eBay’s support chat has not been working for me since yesterday. The interface is greyed out and completely unresponsive - I can scroll through the chat options but can’t click anything or type messages. I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem. I’ve seen several other people reporting this same issue here, so it appears to be widespread. Please fix this as soon as possible, as it’s preventing users from getting help with urgent account issues.

However, I've just tried CS from the link below and got through OK

Which device or browser are you using, this could be the issue. I'm on a laptop using Chrome. If you're on the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop / PC with Chrome that seems to work well with eBay.
Logging off logging back on with clearing cache and cookies have helped some peeps , too.
