EBay step in option
I returned a damaged item to seller and want eBay to step in, when I go to purchases to select the eBay step in option it is not showing. Can anyone help?

Mentor1 month agoYou may be trying to escalate the case too soon.
After returning the item the seller has 48 hours, working days, to issue you a refund, this is calculated to the second.
Once that time lapses the option to ask eBay to step in will appear.
