HI All, Sorry i wonder if you can help? I sold a telescope via ebay. Im a private seller and this was sent via simple delivery Yodel due to size. Yodel have lost the parcel and the buyer has been super patient. However as I was unable to provide evidence the item was delivered the buyer has rightly been refunded but its from my account. I thought under simple delivery i purchase the label through Ebay and they would claim with Yodel if it got lost? Yodel will not dela with me as im not the customer, Ebay is. Im now down the cost of the telescope, cost of postage and now do not have a telescope to sell? Ive tried to find a way of opening a live chat with ebay but cant find anywhere to do it? Please could someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.
