Ebay simple delivery incorrect max dimensions.

The ebay simple delivery picked by the buyer does not cover the full postage cost as the parcel is larger than the dimensions allowed in the option chosen. If I sent item using this label what will happen, will I get charged the extra amount?

Buyers can only pick one of the Simple Delivery options that the seller has set up on their listing.

Is there an option to upgrade the postage method at no extra cost? If so, use that.

If there isn't, and the postage size and weight require a different postage method your only options here are to buy a label yourself from Royal Mail or a courier and send the item out to the buyer, or cancel the order (which the buyer may not be best pleased about).
