ebay simple delivery

I received a card from royal mail asking for a £5 surcharge, when I received the item it had an evri label on it  but ebay simple delivery had sent it via royal mail, how can I get my £5  refunded

Unless the seller is willing to refund you the £5.00, nothing ebay will do.

This looks like another case of PO putting item in RM bag instead of Evri one.

Common error when PO accepts RM & Evri items.

Had you refused to pay the fee, you could have opened item not received case.
