eBay simple deliver on multiple items
I have sold two items to the same buyer. They have paid for the eBay simple delivery on both items separately. I need to cancel one and issue them a refund on the postage. This seems to be an absolute nightmare to do using eBay simple delivery as it wont let me cancel the label or issue the refund myself.
Unfortunately eBay have become extremely lazy and the only way to contact them is a sub-par AI chat who is absolutely clueless.
Please help!

Mentor3 weeks agoIt is a waste of time contacting ebay as they have no solution. Buyers should put in basket then pay in one amount.
The recommended way round is with buyer’s agreement cancel both sales and then relist as one item. Not a very satisfactory solution, time consuming and can cause problems with delays in refunds and new payment required.
