Ebay selling balance
What has happened to my Ebay selling balance? I had £7 odd, and I've sold 2 items and should be receiving £11. So, why is my balance not showing £18?!! I have not had any disputes or refunds issued, so why is it not showing the £18?

We are also honest with replies, even if it's not what you want to hear.
We can only quote you ebay policy.
There are lots of things wrong with ebay, but we can't change them.

Mentor1 month agoLook at your account to see ALL transactions. Money does not just disappear, the balance reflects what is in your account.

You say collection only, but have listed with postage.
Buyers will expect you to post it, but you can't for that cost.

OP1 month agoThat has nothing to do with my question. I did not set any postage, Ebay does that automatically! I did however comment that because of its weight its collection only!

OP1 month agoThanks for your response. I didn't owe anything, but I "may" have used the £7 towards buying something. But, that doesn't account for the £11 I made yesterday. Ebay told me that I am now a trusted seller, and as soon as I post any item I will get paid immediately, that hasn't happened! 🫤

Mentor1 month agoPaid immediately is not strictly correct, money is released within 24 hours. Look at sales, it tells you when the payment is due to be released.

From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months
