Discussion interactions are currently paused.
eBay seems to be blocking my messages to a buyer...
I'm simply trying to be polite and contact a buyer to make sure they received a parcel and they're happy with it, but every time I message I get a "your buyer has reached out..." reply from the messaging system and I don't get to see any response from the buyer.
Any suggestion as to how I might contact and see a reply would be appreciated.

Mentor1 week agoDon't badger the buyer, you don't need to ask these sorts of questions (personally). You are a personal seller so I am presuming you used Simple Delivery for your item. You can check against the carriers tracking to see if the item was received.

We used to be able to message, and I always received a positive reply in the past when I reached out... but point taken.
