Ebay Scam Buyers.
A New thing on Ebay now, Buyers purchase items then they say not as described or Broken and they want to send it back? ..So ebay refunds them without them sending the item back, So they get to keep the item as well as the refund..It Happen to me today!..Avoid this buyer if you can

Mentor11 months agoNot as described cases are rather different to damaged in transit.
For damaged in transit, ebay refunds, you do not so no loss. Not as described is a different matter, you have to accept the case , provide a reply paid label, and on return refund in full.
If you do not deal with this sort of case, buyer can escalate to ebay, who will refund at your expense and you get a defect.
By not dealing with case yourself it is assumed that you do not want the item back.
You need to read up on returns so that you understand how they work, rather than assuming buyer is scamming you, especially in the case where ebay, pays up and you lose nothing.

Mentor11 months agoWith Simple Delivery ebay issue the refund themselves for items lost or damaged in transit when the buyer opens a relevant case. The item does not have to be returned but the seller keeps the payment so they haven't lost out.
If sellers refuse to refund and buyer has to escalate ebay will sometimes refund from the seller's funds without return.
