EBay says unpaid item but I’ve paid

I purchased an item through best offer, which is an automatic payment. EBay are saying it’s an unpaid item, the money has come out of my bank but although it shows not pending it actually is and the transaction is in limbo. I’ve been in touch with bank and eBay. Surely eBay can see they have charged my account

Is the payment pending from your bank account? If so, it won't have cleared with ebay yet.
