eBay Returns
I sold an item, and it was well packaged, but has shown up damaged to buyer.
Now they're looking for a return & refund.
How do I do that so that I'm not out of pocket, with a damaged item?

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 6:35 AMIF the item was sent simple delivery you need to get your buyer to open a item arrived damaged case. eBay will foot the bill.
