Ebay return postage incorrect
Need to return a tool which broke after one day. However the return label generated by eBay was rejected by the Post Office as the item exceeded maximum dimensions for the chosen service. Item cannot be made smaller
How do I proceed?

Mentor5 months agoYou need to contact Customer Services explain the label you've received is inadequate , they need to provide another correct label for the size and weight for this item, and they'll then charge this to the seller's account.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
