eBay return labels not accepted by post office
I've just tried to return an item bought on eBay- the return label was generated by eBay but when I got to my post office they said they no longer accept eBay return labels . I live on the Isle of Man and the local post office will no longer recognise eBay labels. Has anyone had this issue? I realise it's only a small island but eBay needs to sort this asap as I'm out of pocket now since I have had to pay for a return label myself.

Mentor7 months agoHas your local PO said why they won't accept the parcels/ labels? I can't think of any reason apart from they make less money from them, but I assume they are part of the Post Office organisation and have to abide by the normal rules.
I don't think this is an ebay problem that ebay can sort.
You will need to change the tracking or you won't get a refund for the item.

Mentor7 months agoCancel the original label, but if paid for by buyer, buyer will be refunded in I believe 30 Days.
