Ebay restricted account 9 days ago

Hi all.Had a message from ebay on 25th aug saying that they need image of my passport, which I sent straight away.That's now 9 days ago, my account is still restricted.Should I be concerned?Thanks

That does seem a little long. There can be issues with images, I suggest you contact ebay customer services when they open.

Access to your account is required, and for this as advised, you do need to contact eBay Customer Services.

Try at 8 a.m. when lines first open for ' live agents' and there's also more chance of Dublin answering.

It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' you may eventually get through.
