I have been a customer of ebay for some time and have used my friends phone on order to purchase items. His phone is automatically set up to private and has never been given to ebay. So why is it they were able to obtain his number to call back? .. The number which called him was indeed ebay. When he questioned this, the advisors all denied it. This an violation of security and a breach of privacy laws and i have reported them. Suffice to say to users beware as ebay has overstepped their mark and will go to lengths to abuse their position . Please be extremely cautious
