Ebay removed my listing, saying it's counterfeit, advice needed please.
Ebay have removed my listing saying it's counterfeit. I appealed and sent them photos of the original purchase and they have still not allowed it. What else can I do? I was simply tryjng to sell some unwanted makeup to make a bit of holiday money.

Used cosmetics are not allowed to be sold.

OP3 weeks agoIt was a foundation. I tested it once via the pump bottle so it was still new and uncontaminated. That makes sense now. I mentioned in the listing that I had tested it. I just left it too long to send it back as they offered a money back guarantee if not suitable and I was just outside that. Only had it just over a month. Not to worry. Thank you for your help! 😊
