eBay rejects my valid home address as a PO Box when it is not a PO box
eBay thinks my Postal address is a PO box because it is Post Office Lane... I cannot get the help system to understand my problem and eBay says I cannot speak to anyone or get a call back as there is a problem.
When I describe the problem to AI it gives me standard text about changing my postal address but does not understand my issue so I end up going around in circles

Mentor3 weeks agoBut members can use PO box numbers as sellers can block them if they wish.
How do you know it is Post Office that is causing a problem.

OP3 weeks ago · EditedBecause the error says "Cannot send to PO Boxes" So I have found a get round as it's obviously a bug in eBay checking code.. I set up a new address with my address misspelt, so Instead of Post Office Lane I put PostOffice Lane and missed out the space... It's incorrect but it works and delivery companies can obviously "read" as it gets to me fine :-) and it doesn't get rejected by eBay...
