ebay refusing to step in and protect buyers
ebay are forcing buyers to purchase printers ink and paper or you are refused a refund for items that are damaged.
I have just spoke to tedi their costumer service and he states that a picture of a label is enough to refuse my refund request.
They also refuse to step in and resolve issues so we are paying for protection but not receiving it

Mentor3 weeks agoYou are not paying for the money back guarantee, that's free but it comes with the requirement to send an item back and for that you need to be able to print a label. However there are ways to do that which don't involve buying a printer.
Friends, libraries, or use the QR code at the PO for example.
