Ebay refunded buyer and are not returning the item
Not been on Ebay for years but recently listed some items. I sold an item, posted it off, and then a few weeks later got a message saying customer had been refunded and the item wouldn't be coming back to me.
Messaged the buyer because they hadn't contacted me about an issues, but as it stands I've lost the item and the money.
Any ideas on what I can do?

Mentor6 months agoAssuming you used eBay's Simple Delivery postage they refund buyers for damage in transit themselves, you keep the payment. Item does not have to be returned.

OP6 months agoIt wasn't damaged in transit. He says the item doesn't work, which it does because I tested it before sending, and he wants to return it. I stated "no returns " on the listing. Its a till and he's had it for 2 weeks and now he wants to return it. He sells tills on Ebay so I think he's probably had some parts out of it and now wants to return it
