Mentor11 months agoNot received usually means lost in post, so if lost it will not come back to you!

Mentor11 months agoIf it was damaged in transit ebay will have issued the refund themselves and you keep the payment. The item does not have to be returned.
If it was a "not as described" case ebay sometimes enforce a refund without return if the seller does not accept the case and the buyer has to escalate it.
