Ebay recommends a neighbour's address for my purchases
Why does Ebay recommend that deliveries be made to a neighbour's address and not mine? Apparently, buyers are having problems with simple delivery because my address, the correct address, is not recognised. How do I prevent Ebay recommending sending my purchases to a neighbour? How do I get this bizarre issue resolved?

Mentor5 months agoCheck your address details, look under account details.
You can also change address at checkout, some buyers have items delivered to maybe a work address.

OP5 months agoI've edited the address several times, reducing it, removing commas etc. but (apparently) when sellers want to use Simple Delivery, the address is rejected as being incorrect. It's Ebay's recommendation that is incorrect not my address! It's this I need to get changed.

OP5 months agoTo compound the problem, buyers are now cancelling my purchases because Ebay says there is a problem with my address, when the problem is with Ebay's own address management.
