Hi,

Does anyone now how you can request purchase history older than 7 years?

I would like to access the descriptions of some old items that I had purchased years ago.

Thanks

You can't go back further than 9 years.

I know you can do 7 years, but I've seen no reference to 9 years.

It would be nice if it was possible to contact eBay!

There is a link to contact Ebay on the bottom of this page, but you will be given the information received here - that it is not possible to view items you bought more than 9 years ago.
