eBay problem with buyer
hi , I have a major problem with eBay and there sellers IV been request after request for refunds not been given the sellers don't contact me the eBay ignore me and someone what's to buy goods from me IV faculty items that don't work ? can someone help I'm also disabled person and need urgent refunds concerning these matters ?!

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay has a 30 days Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection for buyers, this is for both items not arriving or not being as described when they do.
Can you briefly explain what your current problem is and we'll try to point you in the right direction to pursue a refund?

OP2 weeks agowhat's been happening on eBay ??? IV had faulty goods been bought a microwave 2. a none Bluetooth speaker s 3. two days ago 4 . two wireless microphones with no Bluetooth connection .5. a spirit ..
lealal. eBay would not help with all this and IV not been given a refund yet on all received why ???!!!

There is no point in demanding action "here and now". It doesn't work that way.
If you have received faulty goods on eBay you need to open a case or cases under eBay's money back guarantee. There is a link to this in every listing.
