Ebay preventing from adding a tracking code

Hi,
I have sold an item and refuse to use SimpleDelivery. Instead have purchased my own label via Royal Mail for cheaper. The item has been dispatched and I wish to add this to the order.
However eBay prevent you from doing this with no way to provide a tracking ID. The only way I have found is to go via my ebay which throws a "there has been an error" when trying to add a tracking icon.
Ebay are also uncontactable due to their AI not giving me the option to talk to a human.
Something so simple, how do I upload a tracking id

Mentor1 month agoYou can't. Ebay expects you to use Simple delivery and the tracking that comes with it.
