eBay Postage Showing £4.34 for 150g Letter – No Cheaper Option Available
Hello everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with eBay postage options and I hope someone can advise.
I sold a small item (wooden sticks) that fits Royal Mail Letter size and weighs approximately 150 grams. However, when trying to purchase the shipping label, eBay only gives me higher and more expensive postage options. There is no option to select Letter or a cheaper service, even though the package clearly meets the size and weight requirements.
The system is charging £4.34 postage for only 150g, which seems unusually high for a simple letter size package. I have double-checked the dimensions and weight and they are correct.
This does not seem to be a carrier problem but rather a system or listing setting issue.
Could someone please advise how to enable Royal Mail Letter option or adjust this manually?
