eBay policy Violation message after buyer has paid

Hi I have sold a hoverboard on eBay. I didn't know that there were restrictions around this. The buyer has paid but not collected it yet. I have now received a message saying the listing had been removed due to a policy violation due to the item being notability with batteries or something like that. What is the position given the buyer has paid. Will eBay reimburse them?
My app says buyer has paid arrange collection etc. But at the top in red it says policy violation.
What to do?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you've not been notified that the buyer has been refunded then they haven't been refunded, and you should cancel this order if you can.
