Ebay phone number

Question

Evri has told me to contact Ebay about a missing item (I the seller)...the item was marked as delivered but buyer has not got the item...Ebay has marked the case as closed but Evri have sent an email to say that they are at fault for unsafe delivery location...is there a phone number to contact Ebay...ai assistant is no good...thanks

No there is no phone number, you just have to keep typing 'speak to an assistant'.

As you're a private seller I presume that you sent it using eBay's simple delivery? If so, it will have been for eBay to refund the buyer, not you.

If eBay has refunded the buyer they have only themselves to blame if it's so hard to speak to anyone that you can't pass Evri's message on. You can give it a try, but I wouldn't spend much time on it. eBay is so robotic that I doubt they will even bother to contact Evri anyway.
