EBAY PAYOUT IS A JOKE!

I initiated a payout 31 days ago and still not received in my bank, spoken with 15 ebay staff and get the same response that i have to wait. Has anyone else had this issue?

That's not normal. The holds are always before money is avaliable to withdraw. There should be no delay once you have initiated the withdrawal process.

Did the agents actually understand the problem?

Is this the first time you have withdrawn funds? If so it sounds like a problem with your bank details.

No. Any withdrawal I make is in my bank account before I log in to see if it has arrived.
