Ebay paid a partial refund to buyer and are refusing to acknowledge this.
We recently checked our ebay account and have noticed 2 partial refunds that ebay have given to 2 separate buyers. 1st was in Oct and buyer was refunded postage costs, we didn't even notice until recently, the buyer only bought that 1 item so it wasn't a combined p&p. Then in beginning in December the same thing happened again. Buyer bought 1 item and ebay refunded postage costs. Our account shows no refunds from our end. The order details state ebay sent partial refund. We have had no message off either buyers or ebay with any problem to warrant a postage refund. Ebay are saying its our account that paid the refund, yet we cannot find any details of these refunds on our account. As anybody had the same happen to them?

It sounds to me that you listed with “buyer buys postage”. If that is the case, you still print the label. If however you also paid for and used a SD label, then the buyers label would not have been used and after 30 days would be refunded to buyer.
This is only a guess, but the only explanation I can think of where buyer would get a refund. If so you have been buying unnecessary labels and wasting YOUR money.
