EBay not recognising buyer has received goods
I did a guitar on eBay, the buyer received the guitar , the buyer has left brilliant feed back , but eBay won’t recognise the buyer has received the goods to pay me , any suggestions?

Mentor2 weeks agoDid they select to collect it or was it posted out to them? If posted, have the order details updated to show delivery?

OP2 weeks agoIt was posted , the tracking code was different because I had to pay for a larger parcel cost. That’s where it’s gone wrong

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you didn't use Simple Delivery, but used your own postage, you cannot now add any new tracking.
If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.
Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

OP2 weeks agoMy buyer can’t update eBay, I’ve tried updating the tracking details from the sellers hub , all I want to do is say it’s been delivered and the feedback proves it . What do you suggest please ?
