eBay not notifying successful bidder of outcome of an auction.
It seems that eBay is having problems notifying the bidder of successful outcome of an auction. I bought four items this evening, from two different sellers (from whom I buy regularly). They got stuck at the "We're determining the winner. Please refresh the page" stage. I had to open a conversation with the seller for each individual item, selecting the item from the eBay message screen, and informing the seller of the problem. The items were listed with a delivery time for my UK postcode, so the system knew I'd won. By sending the email, the item somehow became unlocked and I could pay. Anyone else have this problem? I looked for the Chat option but couldn't find it anywhere. Has it disappeared?

OP5 months agoJust bought another item. Seems back to normal now...

·5 months agoThere was a problem earlier with sold items not transferring to orders.
It all seems to be resolved now though.

Mentor5 months agoebay is glitchy at the moment and people are having similar problems. Can only hope they sort it out soon.
