Sold an item. Buyer received it.sent Positive Feedback. Yet account still showing as- Pending, postage date overdue, get Prepaid label.”I used my own postal service. Ebay will not let me update Tracking or Dispatched on Seller Hub- just get repeated message back “ It’s not you it’s Us”.Can’t contact a Human. All AI questions & Answers do not apply to this situation🤷🏻♂️
