Ebay not charging me postage and they should be

I am a seller and I pay the postage for my buyers via simple delivery. But Ebay have not charged me for the postage since June 5th. It just says 0.00. I cannot contact anybody at Ebay and the automated assisted is no help at all. anyone else experiencing this issue?

Are you saying they have not deducted the postage from the sales proceeds and yet have provided you with labels? Wherever you are seeing the 0.00 may not be accurate.
