EBay not allowing me to withdrawal my balance?

Question

I recently changed my payout bank account to Revolut. eBay sent a 1p microdeposit to verify the account, and the 48-hour security hold has now disappeared. My eBay balance shows £450 available to withdraw, but the Withdraw button remains greyed out on both the app and desktop website. I have restarted and tried both multiple times. Please check whether there is still a payout restriction or technical block on my account
