eBay not accepting payment from my buyer

Question

Have a purchaser in the US who has been unable to proceed with payment.

"I have pushed the pay button four times. The page then turns to red print and says you do not mail to my address."

I have in the last few weeks sent other items to US addresses with no problems.

Used GSP for two previous items, which were almost identical, only colour different. They are in transit. Prior to that same item different size, that has been delivered. No logic!

It's possible ebay's Global Shipping programme (assuming that's what you use) has blocked that particular item. If so the alternative is to temporarily opt out of GSP in your postage preferences and relist with direct postage to the US.
