·1 month agoOk, I've worked it out. It's not a glitch. That bit in your photos shows your ebay shop name, not your username. Your username is still thething911 but your shop name has been set up as thething11. How long have you had an ebay shop? Is it relatively new? You've just missed the 9 out when you named it (shops can have a completely different name to your username).

OP1 month agoI only noticed this 48hrs ago & I had not changed it but thanks i've changed it back to what it was

·1 month agoIt looks like it's always been missing the 9 as your shop url is https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/thething11. When you change your shop name, the url always stays the same as your original shop name unless you contact ebay to get them to update it. Your shop name now has the 9 but if you want the url to match then you need to contact ebay.

OP1 month agoFor over 22 years it has been thething911 & on seller hub it's showing as thething11 , nothing wrong with account details , just user name............. PS I don't work for ebay IT

·1 month agoWhere exactly are you seeing it as thething11? To other users like us, it still shows thething911 everywhere on site and your profile shows as no recent name changes.

·1 month agoVery odd. None of us can access your Seller Hub so without a screenshot it's difficult to advise. Maybe just some weird glitch although even that makes no sense. At the risk of suggesting the obvious, try signing out and back in again to see if that resolves it.
