eBay live adverts on home page removal

My desktop homepage is full of these AI generated, strange, random "live" adverts. Its obnoxious and in the way, how can I turn off anything related to this "live" thing?

It was eBay's Live promotion Day yesterday, so when logging into eBay you saw these pages.

It should have all disappeared today, and everything back to norm.
