EBay listings taking minimum 10x longer. How do I turn off eBay’s appallingly time wasting ai on mobile listings?

Listing on the iPad is taking at minimum 10x longer. It’s got progressively worse as time as gone on, it was already forcing a 5-6 page long interaction to list 1 item The ai system is appallingly bad. I am now forced to upload a photo then wait for ai to incorrectly list so I have to go over every detail including removing SO MANY wrong item specifics. These could be used as reason to return as not as described, using Ebays system?!? Vinted has managed a one page listing feature, I vastly prefer eBay but it’s getting so bad and taking so long I’m being put off. I’ve sold for over 20 years on eBay and never seen it be so time consuming.
How can I go back to manual listing on the apps?

OP2 weeks agoYeah I guess back to the website again. EBay has gradually made the ease of the app unusable for sellers. Wild decision making going on.

Mentor2 weeks agoDon’t up load the picture first. When it asks what are you selling puta vague description eg coin or bike (whatever you selling) it should then let you list manually.

OP2 weeks agoHi, unfortunately It’s changed on the app so you can’t do this anymore. It forces you to take or upload a picture first, then the ai takes over so you have to wait for the ai to decide on all the specifics, which is annoyingly long and tedious to change. I’ve even tried taking a plain picture but the ai won’t then kick in and you can’t list at all. Unbelievably poor judgement from whoever made this decision ugh.

OP2 weeks agoI also tried listing similar item which still works but then the photo album function won’t work and hasn’t for months, so you can only upload recently pics. lol. You couldn’t make it worse if you were trying.
