eBay Listing Photos
I'm trying to dispute an item I bought off someone, and I'm struggling to find the original photos that they posted on their listing. Is there any way to retrieve this?

Mentor3 months agoJust to add if you just wish to check that photo in the listing, go to your Purchase History page, far right select the period you wish to see if not already selected find the item, click on it then click on original listing, the photo cannot be changed there.
If the above is not possible on the app or mobile browser use a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to be the best combo.

Mentor3 months agoAre you opening a case? Then, it just requires A photo, it doesn't have to be any of the ones in the listing. Just take a photo of the item you received and enter that into the case. You do not have to prove anything else, just select Does Not Match Description / Photos in the case, and escalate on day 4 if you do not receive a refund.
Do not close the case for any reason or excuse the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
