Mentor10 months agoThat sounds unlikely but anyway it's not possible to change a Simple Delivery label. You'd either have to buy the postage yourself and change tracking on ebay, or cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy and pay again.

Mentor10 months agoSorry I worded that badly. I wasn't blaming you but it sounds like something has happened in the process rather than ebay directly issuing a used label.
